May 12th, 2012 – Multi-platinum country music favorites Lonestar will appear with original lead vocalist Richie McDonald on Friday, September 7 at the Swiftwater Cellars Summer Concert series.
Since their formation in Nashville in 1992, Lonestar has sold over ten million album units and charted ten #1 country hits, including “No News,” “Come Crying To Me,” and “Amazed,” for which they won ACM Single of The Year in 1999. The band also won the 2001 CMA Vocal Group of theYear award.
McDonald left Lonestar in 2007 to pursue his solo career and was replaced by Cody Collins, who wrote and performed with the group until 2011. The current lineup includes Richie McDonald (lead vocals, piano), Michael Britt (lead guitar, backing vocals), Keech Rainwater (drums), and Dean Sams (keyboards, acoustic guitar, backing vocals).
The Swiftwater Cellars Summer Concert series is located at the unique Swiftwater Cellars, a destination winery in the Cascade foothills,  just 90 miles east of Seattle inside Suncadia Resort.  Tickets for Lonestar at Swiftwater Cellars range from $35 to $125 VIP (VIP includes premium buffet and reserved seating).
